BREAKING NEWS!!!!

Yep! That's right and we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome Baby Barrett #2!!!!

This pregnancy has been totally different than my first. With Ruby James, I felt great until my 8th week.  This time around, at week 4 I knew if I took a test it would be positive! And it sure was!!!!

July 4th, 2014 - POSITIVE!!!

We headed off to the Doctor and everything is A-OK! RIght on track and healthy as can be thus far!

Itching was the worst in my first pregnancy, but I'm not experiencing it that bad this time!  Morning sickness was awful until week 13 and it would last all day! I was also EXHAUSTED all the time and could literally go to sleep in the middle of a high-traffic freeway if my 16 month old would let me! Today, I'm one day away from week 16 and I'm feeling great! Getting my energy back too!

I wore "Sea Bands" for morning sickness most of my first trimester. They really helped! I even made them SUPER CUTE by covering them with Caroline Rocha cuffs!

Feeling fat makes you try new things with your hair!  I cut off 11" and donated to Pantene Beautiful Lengths.

Here's our little CORN NUGGET at 9 weeks!

How far along?  16 weeks tomorrow!

Due Date:  March 12th, 2015!  The day before Ruby James's Birthday!

Total weight gain: Ummmmm, no comment :)

Maternity clothes: I don't even remember buy maternity clothes last pregnancy...but I'm showing so much faster this time and I purchased some Oh Baby by Motherhood Secret Belly Fit Bootcut Jeans from Kohl’s!  Super com

Stretch marks:  I need to start using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks, but I'm lazy.

Sleep: I sleep on the couch most nights because I'm already having the same hip aches that I had towards the end of my last pregnancy.

Best moment this week: Moving the crib out of Ruby James's room and moving the crib into another nursery! We got her a big girl bed from Hayneedle.com.

Miss anything? Not being able to work out like normal with weights.

Movement: Feeling what I can describe as butterfly wings.

Food cravings: Bowl fulls of GREEN PEAS! At least it's peas and not cookies :)

Anything making you queasy or sick?  Not this week, but if you would have seen me 3 weeks ago, I would have said EVERYTHING! Especially the smell of cleaning supplies.

Gender:  We know.....but it's TOP SECRET until Oct 10th!

Happy or moody most of the time: Pretty even across the board...I choose to be happy!

Looking forward to: Decorating the nursery!

Music:  I'm still doing the morning show and touring on the weekends! Just glad I don't have to hide my bump anymore from my Corn Stalkers!

Much love,

Charla
